The Masters Leaderboard

The Masters leaderboard is a real-time listing of how each golfer ranks during the tournament. The more a player improves his or her score, the higher they will climb on the chart. The Masters is one of the few events where every shot counts, as even a single bogey can have a significant impact on a golfer’s overall standing. The constant ebb and flow of rankings is what makes following the Masters so exciting.

Rory McIlroy holds a two-shot lead at The Masters after three exhilarating rounds. McIlroy is in prime position to finally win the Green Jacket after 11 years in the hunt. He moved to No 1 in the third round after a stunning display which featured sublime iron shots and inexplicable mistakes.

McIlroy had the lead after the first two holes but a double bogey at the 2nd saw him slip back to level par. However, he hit a superb approach to the par three 4th before pouring in the putt to take the lead once again.

Corey Conners and Bryson DeChambeau are both in contention as they share fourth place on six under. The Northern Irishman will play Rose in the final group on Sunday with a chance to complete a career Grand Slam.

The American, who tied for sixth in 2021, had a much better day on Saturday and is in a familiar spot at Augusta. He will be hoping to improve on his first-round 69 and claim his maiden major title.
